on the bottom right, there's devilled quail egg on pumpernickel rounds with caviar and a chive baton, above it, seared duck breast wrapped around baby arugula and blood orange supreme on rye toast with sesame seeds, tuna tartare on endive leaf with a wasabi mayo, uni on endive with wasabi mayo. there were also potato cups poached in olive oil holding poached quail eggs and a bit of bacon and slices of seared strip steak wrapped around watercress with horseradish.

tim tortures a poor little mouse at burdick's.

perhaps the mouse likes espresso. (i, on the other hand, prefer the hot chocolate.)
